Before
Reference folders you never open. Prompts from a blank slate. The gap between what inspires you and what you ship. A brief that says "make us another one of those" — and no vocabulary to say why the first one worked.
After
A library of transferable methodology. Concepts grounded in principles you extracted from work you admire — not generated from a training set. The inputs got real — and the work followed.
Homegrown
Built by one creative director who needed it. No growth team, no ROAS dashboard, no done-for-you workflow factory. $29/month because that's what it costs to run — not what a board needs to see on a quarterly chart.
That's as complicated as the business model gets.
The Guarantee
"Scan a piece of work you genuinely admire. If the breakdown doesn't surface at least one structural insight you hadn't previously articulated — something specific about how it's built — we refund your first month. No questions."
This is the product's entire bet. Either the analysis earns your trust in the first scan, or it doesn't. We'd rather lose the $29 than have you keep a subscription to something that isn't worth it.
Not Ready Yet?
We get it. Another tool promising to change your creative process. You've heard it.

Questions
What does Breakdown actually extract from a piece of work?
The mechanism — the single core creative decision that makes the work function. Structural beats — the architecture of how it moves and lands. Transferable principles — what you can apply elsewhere. And a Specificity Test: swap the creator with a direct competitor. Does the mechanism survive? That's the most useful question in the analysis.
What formats can Breakdown analyze?
Any URL (YouTube, direct mp3/mp4, web images, most social links), uploaded files (image, video, audio up to 50MB), and raw text (copy, scripts, poetry, manifestos). If it was made by a human and another human felt it, we can read it.
What does "founding" mean — and does my rate actually lock?
Breakdown is in active development. Founding members get $29/month locked permanently — including everything that ships after today. You're not buying what exists now. You're buying in on the framework. When standard pricing launches — whatever it is — you stay at $29.
What's the guarantee?
Scan a piece of work you genuinely admire. If the breakdown doesn't surface at least one structural insight you hadn't previously articulated — something specific about how it's built — we refund your first month. No questions. No "actually we mean store credit." You get your $29 back. We'd rather lose the sale than charge you for something that didn't earn its place.
Can't I just use ChatGPT for this?
You can — and you should. Paste a piece you admire into ChatGPT and ask it to analyze the craft. You'll get a thoughtful essay. Then scan the same piece here. ChatGPT's response disappears into chat history. Breakdown gives you a structured, referenceable card in a permanent library — and the Adaptation Studio reads your library, not the internet, when you concept. The ChatGPT answer was one-time. Your Breakdown library compounds.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal — your card isn't charged again. The cards you've built are yours — export them before you go.
How Breakdown Compares
| Tool | What It Does | What You Get |
|---|---|---|
| Performance Analytics tools | Measure after the fact · CTR, ROAS, conversion rates | They tell you what performed. They never tell you why it mattered — or how to make the next one better. |
| Prompt-to-Ad generators | Generate from training data · surface-level variations | Concept variants that all feel like the same thing — because they are. Trained on output, not craft. |
| Cloning tools | Clone winning ads in your category · surface mimicry | Surfaces what already performed inside the algorithm. Can't tell you why the original worked — can't help you make something new. |
| Voice cloning tools | Mimic your surface style · tone without craft understanding | Clones the output. Doesn't understand the thinking behind it. You get copies. You don't get better. |
| Breakdown | Analyze + Adapt · methodology library + concepting partner | Feed it work that moved you. Get back the mechanism. Build a library. Concept from principles, not prompts. |
